Hi! Yayyy!
So, my diet blog is starting now! I was thinking about this since a few months ago.
I’m gaining weight more and more…to be honest, i gained 18kg(40lbs) in this half year.
Back then, I was also on a diet and trying my best. Then I got my weight 93kg(205lbs).
But I injured my right leg and heel while I was on walking exercise.
I will try my best with “Fall 100 times, stand up 101 times” mind! I will try and try and try!

買ったばかりの蒸篭蒸しに挑戦。
鶏もも肉200g(タンパク質38g 脂質10g 炭水化物0 290kcal)
ブロッコリー半房(P:4 F:0.3 C:4 40kcal)
しいたけ、エノキ(P:3 F:0.2 C:5 35kcal)
さつまいも150g (P:2 F:0.3 C:45 210kcal)

It was my first time using a bamboo steamer, and I really like it!

I had been wanting a Muji-brand bamboo steamer, but I felt it would be a waste to buy a new pot just for that, so I got something like this instead ↓

蒸篭初めて使ったんですが、これいいですね!
無印の蒸篭に憧れていたけど、新しくお鍋を買うのはもったいないと思って、こういうのを買いました。

で、こんな感じの食卓になりました。

I didn’t list the lettuce since it was just a little (I didn’t forget it haha).
レタスは少量だったからメニューには載せなかったよ(忘れたわけじゃない)

I think I had one more protein shake, but I’m not totally sure.
あとうろ覚えなんだけどプロテインをもう一杯飲んだ気がする。今日のトータルはいくつかな

I think my calories were a bit too low. I need to eat at least 1,200 kcal, otherwise it might actually make it harder to lose weight.
