Since I started using the Asuken app to manage my PFC balance, things have gotten way easier.
I tweaked my settings a bit, so my target numbers are different from yesterday, but I’ll stick with today’s for a while.

AsukenというアプリでPFCバランスを管理するようになってかなり楽になりました。
設定を少しいじったので目標数値が昨日と違うけど、今日の方でしばらく頑張ろうと思う。

After that, I started prepping Milanese doria from the same recipe book.

I was actually planning to make this yesterday, but I got confused and ended up buying both seafood mix and ground meat… so I made doria again today along with yesterday’s batch 😅

昨日のシーフードドリアに見えるけど、今日はミラノ風ドリアです!
The recipe said to add 1 teaspoon of sugar to the tomato sauce, so I tried opening my brand new Lakanto… and spilled it everywhere 💀
That stuff is expensive too…

This is SO good. The oregano really does its thing.
Seriously delicious. And the portion is perfect too.
Lunch
I ate the leftovers from what didn’t fit in the dish while making the doria.
Dinner
I was doing pretty well all day, so I was like… what am I even supposed to eat for dinner now?
Then I remembered — the steamer! Time for the steamer!

So I had steamed veggies.
というわけで蒸し野菜。

Had them with ponzu-sauce and chili spicy flakes — super good.
味ぽんと七味でおいしゅうございました。
Totally caught me off guard… please don’t look at the numbers 😭 lol
今日病院で採血の前に身長体重測りますって言われて不意打ちをくらいました。
あー数値を見ないでくれーw
